Many of my cookbooks will show imperial and metric numbers juxtaposed next to each other for example 1 cup (7oz/220g and sometimes they do not look like.
Usually, I can get away with just typing out my conversion in Google (not for pan sizes though, just basic weights and volumes but sometimes I need a bit more. I like where I can put in, for example, mushrooms, sliced and convert measurements that way if need be.
