Morning Weigh In: 187.5
I’m down 1.5 lbs since yesterday, a total of 10.5 lbs all together in 9 LCD days. Pretty good huh? I’m excited to see the final result after 40 days of the LCD. Whoo Hoo!
Thursday, May 17 (10th LCD)
Today is beginning my 10th LCD day! I have to be honest, the food is getting a little “old” for me! I had a craving last night for Italian food from one of our local Italian Restaurants and let me tell you, I wanted it sooooo badly!! I’m just glad I was driving near the Restaurant at the time! LOL! I was at home and it was late, so I went to bed in order to fight my temptations to eat. And, it doesn’t help me that my husband is a late night snacker. He eats from the time dinner is over and the minute he hits the couch! Pistachios, Doritos, Candy, etc.
Breakfast:
Coffee, Water
Lunch:
Scrambled egg (1 whole egg with 3 egg whites) and strawberries, unsweet tea with Stevia.
Snack:
1 Orange @ 3:30 p.m.
Dinner:
I had dinner after I went to the gym. I am just walking on the tread mill for now while I’m on the diet. That is about all is recommended while you are taking the HCG and eating only 500 calories; you don’t want to burn off all of the 500 calories and put your body into starvation mode.
Grilled steak, lettuce only salad with Walden’s Farm Thousand Island Dressing, strawberries, sparkling spring water (ICE – have you tried the new ICE drinks? They are yummy!! No calories, no sodium, no sugars, no anything but are very, very tasty!)
I watch a little TV and then off to bed … my husband had gotten out the Doritos and you know how they smell … yummy! So, I thought I better go to bed.
